212.6, I hit a new low! Not going to lie though, I could do a lot better in the eating department. I've been feeling stressed, and that's a big trigger for me. The weight is still headed down though, and for that I am thankful.

I didn't get to the gym yesterday due to a long workday, but I'm going to make up for it by doing a kettle bell workout today. It's a fifty minute long workout, lots of cardio/strength combo. I have no idea how to begin to log that into my exercise... so we will just call it a one million calorie burn and tomorrow I should be at my goal weight :-) Hooray tomorrow!

Not so confident that I'll make it to onederland by 2014, but doing my best not to let that deter me from giving it my best effort. Almost fifteen pounds in three weeks... throw in two Christmas parties and the holiday itself, I don't know George. I'm going to try like hell though. This girl is a fighter, so who knows. Nothing is impossible I suppose.

So I found some low calorie multigrain bread at the store this morning, pretty darn excited about that. I love sandwiches (who doesn't) ... but hate that I have to have a million calories in the bread alone. Haven't eaten yet this morning, and I'm starving so I suppose I had better get on it.

Yolanda, you are SUCH A LOSER! :) May not realistically get to onederland by Jan 1, but you are so dedicated and pushing that graph in the right direction it will be shortly thereafter. Have a Tuesday filled with awesomeness. :)

I use Sara Lee 80 calorie buns all the time! I get a sandwich pretty much at least once a day for the same calories as one piece of bread. They have been so popular that now Holsum is also making a 80 calorie bun. Congrats on the lowest number and keep it up...you will leave that 2 behind in no time!

Thank you much! Trying to keep it awesome Wayne :-) Offering myself a round of applause as I just completed my kettle bell workout, after coming up with every possible reason not to lol. Why do we thwart ourselves so?? Laziness I suppose, but I did it, and I'm glad I did. I will have to keep an eye out for those buns K, I look at calories as a daily allowance (like money) and I want to get as much for my buck as possible. I have a big wedding picture hanging in my living room, and I couldn't help but look at it while working out and think of how much older I looked when I was heavier. If my husband and I get to vacation for our anniversary this year, I might have a photographer come out and get some new pics of us together in hocking hills, which is where we were married. Would make for a neat before and after, that's for sure. I don't know if I would have been able to make it this far without all the love and support I've found here. My husband fell off the wagon back in June, but you guys have been there for me every step of the way. I'll be forever grateful for that!

Your a picture of AWESOMENESS~ Keep up the good work! Where ever you land in 2014 you can't help but shout that 2013 was one hell of a year for you.
