Thanks for asking! My belly feels good after eating out lol. Neck arm and shoulder still hurt. I’d rate it a 6. Nothing I can’t handle but it’s frustrating at times. If I had range of motion back and could actually use the arm I could easily dismiss the pain. Gabapentin and Advil every 8 hours are keeping it in check as long as I sit in the recliner or lay down for a couple hours each day. Couldn’t do that today so I’m paying for it now. Totally worth it though as I got to eat with hubby and my middle daughter then take her to the dr and get her brace and crutches for a sprained ankle. Also had counseling and had to have a kitten put down. A rough busy day all around.

Definitely a rough and busy day. Sounds like you’re learning how to deal with it/ do work-arounds, but it’s not really getting any better yet. Hope you can get some real relief soon. Only advice I can give about the frustration is to do what you can when you can. Every little bit helps.

Yeah. I have a bit more range of motion today. I can bring my elbow forward or out away from the body at about a 35-40 degree angle. I can bring my arm all the way backward when straightened. I can bend it and hold at my lower back but not mid back. If it keeps going like this then I’ll get range of motion back in a couple weeks.
