This is what happened after weekend... I cleaned up my fridge and cupboard... nothing left... fridge and cupboard are clean :)
but now... please, 1400 kcal / day... never skip breakfast... eat clean and lean... try to not eat lot of carbs and fats... TO REACH MY GOAL (reduce body fat up to 7 per cent)
started new program of workout... this is my first day of my own build program... let's hope it will work
