Wow....that 1.2 pounds I worked so hard to lose the other day jumped right back on me!

I am having a very difficult time getting through this holiday season with the weight gain and loss....:(

158.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb. Still to go: 18.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.

gaining 4.2 lb a week

Don't fret too much, this is a tough time of year for everyone. I'm sure it will come right back off again in no time. :)

Holidays are tough. It'll get better once your schedule/routine normalizes. Be patient. It'll happen.
