after i wake up ...before i go to school
i workout myself then i go to school when i go to school my classmate lindsey
ask me to attend the b-day of my classmate khristine the i rejected her but she keeps on pleading me to attend
so in the end i attended but then i didnt eat a lot foods
i just ate a very small spaghetti they were laughing because it was only small they said "is that really enough with you??" and they really laugh hard
...
then we go jackman just for fun we keep walking my feet really hurts but it was a exercise
oppurtunity XD :D

One thing you can do in these situations is to bring your own healthy snacks! I make snack packs of like cucumbers, baby carrots and pea pods and bring them. Super low calories, your eating with everyone so there goes that social awkwardness, people can't say anything bad because it is healthy and you can still eat some of whatever the main fare is.
