I made a promise to myself and I had better get mt rear in gear to keep it. I have 12 pounds to go, and have been LAZY about it. Everyone tells me I look great, but there is a lot of room for improvement. I want more, i want better. I could be fitter and firmer. I am not being unrealistic here...I have lost 35 pounds over the last 2+ years and have kept 30 pounds OFF for over 12 months. For my age, height and build 150 is doable. 150 is only a number, but it's the number I think i really want to achieve. I guess I won't know until I try.

I know, I really know...what is holding me back. I used to eat uncontrollably and that started with deprivation and dieting. I have been so happy eating whatever i want in moderation, and feeling normal...not psycho, and I am afraid I may trigger the old habits again.

OK...I have said it and am done with it.
