After I hit my goal weight of 170, I'm going set a new goal. I will be somewhere between 165 and 160. Maybe 162. I am monitoring how much body fat I need to loose to be fairly lean while adding muscle which will skew the numbers on the scale a bit.
I'm progressing nicely indeed!! I'm so happy :)
I totally look like myself in my picture now. I'm working towards creating an even better photo now!
