Greetings and felicitations to all my FatSecret buddies. Instead of being depressed during the holidays (my food diary reflects my red wine increase as of late), I have decided to make Christmas my own. Next week, I am getting a tree, lights and music - perhaps a smattering of rum and eggnog for the finishing touch. I am just sick of my moods and holidays running me. Anywho, happy holidays, merry Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa, duck worship or whatever happens at this time!
