just finished my first zumba workout LOVED IT!!!

Ooh was it intense? How long did it last?? i've always wanted to try Zumba!! Glad to hear you liked it

I ordered the DVD, it is a bit intense but has great instruction on all the steps. I ware a heart hate monitor when i work out, normally i jog for about 50 min, the DVD is only 45 min including the cool down and i burned more calories doing that than when i jogged. Loved It, it is sooo much fun.

Fantasic! I was afraid of going to a class and making a fool of myself hahahaha Do you mind if I ask what the DVD is called? A heart rate monitor is a great idea too.
