What I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 slices of Blueberry breads (conventional:not low-carb or keto)
Late lunch (or early dinner): Quinoa&Pumpkin Salad, Greek Salad with Tuna, Poki with Guacamole, Grilled Rib-eye and Strawberries+Pineapples (no pics)
100.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
