Read the article, Dr Oz (You: On a Diet) talks a lot about ghrelin and leptin too. With all the diet pills out there, you'd think they'd come up with one to suppress the one that makes you want to eat - well, I guess that's what they do but, I always remembered them dehydrating you (I don't take them anymore).
