had an anxiety attack on Sunday. A. book said that low sodium count can cause issues. Today I am starting to do 2c of broth a day. Hope that helps. I have also been having Charlie horses.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
