Thanks! It was actually inspired by draglists crispy salmon pic the other day ! I knew I had to go get me some wild salmon after that .
And no technique ! Lol just turn the pan up let it get hot and place the seasoned side down til it’s done since I don’t like to eat the skin .
Most ppl put skin side down though .
