Oh hunny thank you I needed that today. I was so mad at my self for yesterday. I had two huge bowls of cereal. My own fault. Then be I had frozen yogurt at night. I’ve just been so comfy with my daughter here and my doggie. Just a feel good kind of night last night.
On to better behavior today, I promise.
