Back on track. For the last month I have been eating a bit more. Less careful about food choices and not recording every calorie. I've been working out steadily. That's kept me from gaining. I do think that my workouts are starting to produce results besides weight loss. Going to focus on hitting my goal by Christmas. 14 lbs in 8 weeks. Should be possible. Thanksgiving will be a small hurdle, but I still think I can do it.
