5:30am BP 106/78 - BS 95 - P 76

I have totally stalled on weight loss this week. I stayed at 195 from Sunday until today. I'm not too worried about it though. I have not felt like I am starving at any time and I havent gained any weight so its still a win in my book! Today Im gonna throw a little fasting in to the mix to see if I can kick start the weight loss again. I'll be drinking water until supper. Wish me luck!


EDIT: The cafe at work is having my favorite meal today, chili dogs!!! I will order mine bunless of course but I think my fast is now going to be from after lunch today until tomorrow at brunch. :)

It sure is. When I said I was going to fast I totally forgot it was chili dog Friday. I have already weaned myself off of the Wednesday Mexican food day. I think I will keep chili dog Fridays as my little treat. Its fairly high carb for my diet but I can still make it work. Thanks for requesting me. The more buddies the better!

I do love a good hot dog (without the bun). I have found Armour Angus beef bun length hot dogs with no nitrates, msg, etc, etc at the grocery store. Just so you know... there are choices, even with hot dogs. :) Have a loverly weekend!

Thanks for the tip on the Armor dogs. I'll check them out! The chili is really the worst part for carbs. I made chili last weekend and tried to keep it low carb but it ended up 6 carbs per cup with 4 grams of sugar. So not really low carb or sugar but is still was super good. You have a great weekend too. :)

I found black beans made from soy! Maybe you can create something to eat with your hot dogs? I'm going to make a taco salad recipe with them. It sounded really good. I found them at a place called 'Mom's Market'. It is all organic...and they have some pretty cool stuff!
