Working from home for the second day in a row. This does not work for me. I keep wanting to go out to the kitchen.

I fixed egg for breakfast because I was home. Now it is two hours later and I want more to eat. If I were at work I would know I have to wait till lunch to eat more. Here I know that there is food in the kitchen.

Stop ME!!!!

Nooooooo! If you think you're hungry grab a vegetable and put it on your desk. If you're not hungry enough to eat that, then you're not hungry at all. Remember K, it's all in your head :-) You can beat it!

This is why i hate staying off the truck, home get bored and i wanna eat.

Grab a glass of V8 juice or tomato juice. It fills my tummy with fluids and some fiber, also some veggies but not too many calories.

i have done the V8 thing but it doesn't take away my desire or hunger.

I don't think I can do V8. I hate most vegetables.
