So full and I'm still eating. Talk about an emotional eater! I "fell off the wagon" last weekend and after 1 good day yesterday I'm slacking again today. I know it's because I'm sad and worried about mom but I know that's not going to help me take care of myself!

I'm super thirsty for some root beer though. And I want cookies or cupcakes of some sort. God I hate feeling this out of control. WTF?!
