I'm back! Not on good terms though. I'm afraid to get on the scale as this past year I have been eating whatever I wanted and now my clothes don't fit. So here I am again, trying to watch what I eat. I started last Tuesday cutting out a lot of carbs and watching the calories. I also started a new job beginning of September and now walk each afternoon break for about 10 to 15 minutes around the outside of the building. I feel better in the last week, but I can also tell the older I get the harder it is to get this weight off.
I will keep taking baby steps towards the right life style.
