Started the diet - protein and vegetables only. Cut all carbs. lets see if this make any difference.

702 kcal Fat: 30.09g | Prot: 74.88g | Carb: 27.48g.   Breakfast: Woolworths Mild Gouda Cheese, Tomatoes, Sliced Ham, Cucumber (with Peel). Lunch: Woolworths Sliced Cooked Sandwich Ham, Woolworths Spicy Chicken, Bean & Corn Soup, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Woolworths Mediterranean Vegetables, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Hard-Boiled Egg. more...

no, my body has adjusted to not having bread, rice, and various starch. but I'm introducing carbs and fruits slowly.
