Hhmm, yesterday was a back and donut day!! It resulted in no gain and a minor oz or two loss. The muscle soreness though 🥰🥰🥰 Yaaasss babyyy, it feels good.

Went back for legs today. I may have left my quads upstairs 😆😆😆

Today’s protein brunch should get me through the work day 💪🏻🦵

Have a safe Holiday Weekend y’all. Like I always say. Don’t stuff ya faces. But if you do, don’t complain next week and don’t starve next week. We all knew this holiday was coming, I feel like it’s not a surprise 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ So hopefully you planned and saved kcals during the week. Yes, saved kcals. That dreaded calorie deficit. If you didn’t save kcals and plan to stuff ya face do me a favor; it’s ok just have a healthy game plan ready for Tuesday and I beg you for no “pity me I stuffed my face, I’m a looser and I can’t do this” stories on Tuesday.

For real though these are patterns of behavior I displayed. These are things I used to do. It’s exhausting. Be kind to yourself.

I’m going to be drinking straight up tequila Saturday and Sunday and with that comes chips and quack. But no, actually hell no you won’t see me whine, complain, starve or do any crazy fads next week. I’ll gain, I’ll gain water and maybe 1/2lb but already have a game plan. Pre plan and post plan = good holiday snacking and drinking.
Anyways, I’m rambling again. Must be those feel good endorphins ☺️
