Regularly walking and have averaged 60 minuted perday over the last seven days.

Last few days have been tough with a few bad eating habits slipping in like snacks (chips,cake,chocolate).
227.1 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week

Well done! I to have been walking for 50 minutes everyday, except yesterday! And this week i've had a few bad snacks also! You are doing GREAT!!!

Wonderful! keep up the exercise! It will pay off! I cant wait to have some time to do that myself. I'm sure it will only help me loose. Cant wait till tax time is over!! Then I will start my walking. Until then, I have to be patient and just NOT CHEAT!! hahahah

I have not exercised but lead a very active lifestyle. I was doing Tae-bo but got out of that routine. Kudos to ya' all that find the time to exercise!!!
