moving over to more intuitive dieting methods...end up eating more calories at one sitting from stuff like Kars Nuts, but less food intake overall
139.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Intermittent Fasting (4:3 basically)    losing 1.8 lb a week
