I am still going to the gym. I went yesterday and I am going today too. And I stacked wood for about 4 hours over the course of 2 days this weekend. I ate a little more then I should but my cooking was on POINT! Yum for Italian wedding soup! It was my best ever! & Yum for eggs, hollandaise sauce, and asparagus crepes! Plus, cream cheese brownies. I was just on fire! LOL Don’t forget the apple crisp with low fat vanilla ice cream. & the pizza I fired up on Monday for lunch so we didn’t have soup again.

But I did not gain. One day at a time. I will start tracking my food soon but right now I am focusing on exercise and getting into a gym habit. I lost the weight before and I will again.

My head is almost back to screwed on slightly straight. Poor E, I still am avoiding the house if he is not home. The pills I got from the doc are helping me sleep. It had made such a difference in my day to day interactions. I rarely lose control of my emotions at work anymore. I just hope my body does not get used to them and then I can’t sleep w/o them. That would rot! The trainer at planet fitness did not help me much. During our talk, he mostly showed me pics of his alive and happy dogs and talked about the dog he had to put down and his step by step process of that. Needless to say, I was either crying or trying not to cry.

Planet fitness wants you to sign up for classes (included in the monthly fee) where the trainer and about 2-5 people do shoulders, legs, back , etc. for a ½ hour. I am not a joiner, really. I like direction, but then I want to be in my own world. I asked him my plan, and he said – cardio & he will do the rest. Oh well, I will figure it out. I am looking forward to LA fitness opening. I have a countdown going, 36 days! I need some Yoga like you wouldn’t believe. I have to grab my pants to grab my ankle to put on a sock! So here is my plan:

Wednesday: 30 min of cardio at the gym.

Thursday: probably 1 hour of cardio and I think I will do chest and abs. Hopefully, E will not be at basketball too late so I will not be there for too long

Friday: Moring Cardio 30-45 mins

Sat & Sun rest
229.6 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 69.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sounds likea great plan and I just love that you're getting the workout bug! Your food all sounds delish!

Sounds like you're getting back into a routine, and that is good. With time things will get a little better. You'll always have days that are hard, we all do, but you'll have more really good days than bad ones. Keep up the good work at the gym!!

Your cooking sounds amazing!! I get on cooking marathons like that once in a while too. I love having prepared food on hand so there's not so much stressing about what's for dinner. Great job with the gym!
