A lot of "nos" on my challenge reports this week. This past week was very emotional for me. There will be some who will say a person should try to overcome emotional eating and find an activity to re-focus my mind. Sometimes I can refocus. But this last week..... certain times, dates, memories will cut like glass to recall pain like it just happened.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
