Yesterday was one of the craziest days I've had in a long time, even considering that, I did a pretty good job starting a low carb program. Today I can actually prepare mentally and not just make do with what I've got on hand. Let's get it going!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
