Ivan and I have totally been off the wagon lately. I told him last night that ever since we moved we have not been keeping up with our eating and exercising. He definitely agreed. I weighed this morning and thankfully I am the same as 13 days ago. That definitely motivated me to get back on plan 100%! With Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, it will be very challenging. I plan to stay on program, except for those two day! I am giving myself permission to not keep track of anything on those holidays. I will start journaling my food again as I feel that reallllllllly helps. I am so thankful that with all the cupcakes and cookies and all around not so great food I have been eating, my body didn't punish me. I know I went up a couple lbs because I did weigh off and on (never recorded), but I managed to get them off. YAY! I find the problem I have had in the past is once I have been off program for a couple weeks I totally give up. NOT THIS TIME THOUGH! I am smaller than I have been in years! I am loving how clothes are fitting me. I actually enjoy shopping again!
