I slept in this morning, my BS was 108. I'm so very tired this last week. It's been cold and raining here but fortunately, I have Netflix and discovered an awesome documentry: I REMEMBER ME

I can SO relate to this movie. We all have our battles. Mine are fibromyalgia and diabetes. Yours may be a different battle but I'm happy to be here and share this journey to better health with all of you :)
