depends on what you're comparing too. compared to regular soda, yes. compared to black coffee, no. compared to water, no. compared to an energy drink like red bull, yes. so, what are you comparing it you? I strongly recommend black coffee and water... diet drinks are not healthy at all.

I will never drink soda and have all that sugar, I’ve never drink coffee in my life so I don’t care to start now, the only other drink I do drink is water so I was just wondering if it’s acceptable to drink every day or should be limited to like a once a week treat .

I am drinking a diet pepsi now! I don’t think it’s bad for you as long as you do it in moderation. I buy the baby 7.5 oz cans and have one every day. I also love flavored seltzer like La Croix. If you’re avoiding caffeine, you can get the caffeine free diet soda. I love bubbles!

we drink diet dr pepper and coke zero. Not everyday but maybe a couple times a week. I am a coffee with almond milk person. Hubby drinks black tea, because of stomach issues. Over consumption of anything is not good. Just saying.

I think it depends on what is “okay”. They can be better for weight loss because of the lower calories and carbs. However, they use fake sweeteners (thus fewer carbs), which can be very harmful to your body. Some suggest that they can lead to very serious health problems when consumed regularly. But becoming healthier is done is baby steps!! So if you want to start drinking diet to be healthier, then good for you! It’s definitely a step in the right direction.
