TGIF! I have tennis this morning, errands (including taking my doggie to the doggie spa for a shampoo and to get her nails done;)), work & a paddle tennis social with DH tonight. Again, no complaints about what's ahead of me today! IF is going well and I'm staying my course gluten, lactose & sugar aware. For the weekend, which is when I tend to struggle more than during the week, I'm going to try build my windows as I construct my healthy eating & living lifestyle. I'm wondering if my own personal IF style will work best for me -- 2 days during the week of 500 calories each & 5 days between 1500-2000 calories with 6-8 hour eating windows on the weekends. The lab rat is on it... so let the experimenting begin!

But before today's experimenting begins, I'll pray --

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.

And I'll continue praying, breathing, logging, posting & expressing on this one day and through each one moment, meal, bite & emotion. I'm grateful today for each of you and your support that means so much, my family & IRL friends, and having the health & wealth to live this life I love. xoxox
