Had 4 cups vegetable chix soup, handful blueberries, 1 grapefruit, 3 Brazil nuts. Guess it'll be a watermelon day.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
