Guy handed me a ham sandwich box lunch for a job well done on the launch of the USS California. I devoured it right then. I then calculated the calories - OMG. Over 1000 - at one meal! No guilt allowed...these are learning experiences, and we have all had them. Just get back at it, and yep don't weigh for a couple of days. LOL
