Having a hard time sticking to rdi and fitting in workouts this week. Feel like i have no will power and scared of gaining all the weight i have worked so hard for the past 2 years.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
