Have not been on fat secret in a while as there was a problem & entries to challenges & weight changes were not showing up. Hoping this has changed. i have not been recording what I eat however I have been watching what I eat. It is obviously working because I have lost weight. Henry really wants to go to Machu Picchu & I am worried that at my current weight it would be too difficult. Have been doing exercise however not as much as I should. Whatever it is working. I am busy crocheting items for the twins 1st birthday & then will be busy making gifts for Christmas but will make an effort to get exercise in on a regular basis.
