Well I blew today now didn't I? I am already at 25 carbs and I haven't even had dinner yet! Tonight I will have a grilled chicken salad w olive oil for dressing. I need to really work hard at this and get my counts right! No more greek yogurt, strawberries or peanuts!! Tomorrow is another day~~~
