I'm not even going to record the crap I ate all weekend. It was bad. Really bad. I've been feeling sick so haven't really cared to stick to my diet. Plus I'm feeling a little depressed and irritated right now.
I am really feeming for some take-out Chinese food right now. It's cold and rainy today. I couldn't call in to work, I've missed too much already. Ugh. Cranky, cranky, cranky. I am so NOT myself right now. I even picked fights with Mark all weekend. I don't know what my deal is. Frustration with not losing any more on top of being sick and dealing with personal issues. Ugh. I really just want to go back to bed and sleep for the next few days til this passes.
It seems we're all under the weather lately though. Is it the weather transition? I hope everyone else is getting better!
