today i decided to finally step back on the scale and guess what I lost!!!! Never do I remember being under 200lbs. Nor have I ever really shared what my current weight was. I decided to do the green tea challenge and have honestly noticed a change in my energy and now weight loss. Every day is a battle but I am finally beginning to understand myself better and loving me for me. I don't need carbs to be happy just some protein and veggies :). I will reach my goal by my bday of 20lbs down.
