Will fill in the other areas tomorrow. Left the recipe name at work and that is where my tape measure is. I am hoping those thighs have gone down, I have been working on toning them and I have felt it.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
