My new committed goal to get under 200 lbs before the end of the year using keto diet and exercise and phentermine

This is day one a total liquid fast water, chai tea only. 40 ounces of water and 32 ounces of chai tea,
224.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
