Oh my, it has been 239 days since I weighed in. Look at my weight gain since then. I am pretty unhappy with my weight gain and I look terrible. I see myself in clothes and it is uhhhhhhh. Seriously, it is all my fault. I am turning back to fat secret for accountibility. I don't know if I am going to count calories, weight watchers, eat thin or just pray. Onc thing I do know, I eat way to much. So, I am re commiting myself to me. One day at a time. I need to start eating less, especially those evening snacks. Today I turned down monkey bread at church, 3rd piece of pizza and so far candy from the candy bowl. Lord, give me strenght
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Ate okay at dinner, doing okay. I am thirsty. Need some water. ummm, not really hungry, so no reason to snack. Okay, just talking to myself.
