👋🏼 hi everyone 😅 I’m back.


I’ve been in quarantine for the last couple of weeks. There was an out break at my new job. I got sick but I don’t know if it was corona or not. I’m taking an extra week off. I hate my new store. That’s just about the gist of it. It’s horrible. I dread going back. But my bills won’t pay themselves 😞 I’ve already lost a little weight over the last week I’ve been super low carb. Gonna keep doing it and hope that the stress/ anxiety/ exhaustion of my job doesn’t drives me to eat fast food everyday again 😩
178.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

fast food isn't worth it. make some nice fat/protein & carb fiber combos. you will thank yourself for driving by the fast food places😉

Thanks guys ❤️❤️❤️ I’m feeling so much better. I still feel so tired even though I’m barely leaving the house. I don’t know how I’m going to get through a work day. I’m suppose to go back Sunday. Not looking forward to the rat race and complaints and the long hours. I’ve been sticking to my diet. Haven’t seen much movement on the scale though.
