weighed in on saturday, yeah i was down 2.6 more pounds. last week i didn't get my walking in but this week i have walked 1.5 miles 2 times this week so far. my husband went with me and it's really alot better when you have a buddy to walk with.
230.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

way to go, and yeah it's way better when you have someone to past the time with, when you're out walking..
