switching things up this week.instead of walking mon,wed,& fri,i'm doing my workout videos,and tues,thurs,and sat i'm doing my walking.usually i only do my videos twice a week,so we'll see if it makes a difference.things are looking pretty good since i got away from my 150 slump that lasted several weeks- maybe even months!
