Well I am back down, but no thanks to doing anything right!!! I had the flu all weekend and it sucked! I have not been doing too bad eating wise, but exercise is still not there! I know I keep saying I just need to do it and I do, but I have finally come to the conclusion that I will get back to the gym when the time is right! I am not going to force myself because when I do it just makes me angry and I don't want that! I am still not feeling well and it sucks...ever time I put something in my stomach it comes right back up, so needless to say I am not eating much. Water has been my best friend all weekend, my only saving grace! We had a party this weekend for our softball team and I didn't eat anything...it sucked because there was so much good food, but oh well, I guess that is a bonus! LOL!!! Well hope everyone is doing good! Have a great week!

Hang in there Heather~ right now your body needs lot's or rest and fluids so don't worry about over doing it with exercising. You'll get back to it when your feeling better. I myself was sick for two weeks and couldn't exercise either. Now I'm feeling stronger and yesterday I started walking again and tonight I'm going to Zumba. So be patient and get healthy. Thanks for your support as well. It means a lot! Get well!!

I hate to hear that you were sick with the flu...that isn't fun. You're doing right by just letting your body get better...the gym will still be there when you're ready to get back in there.
