Here's my usual "day before weigh in journal".. still feeling pretty good.. but not expecting much of a loss this week. Went a little overboard this weekend.. started weight training monday, and went out last night and drank a ton..lol.. and i also didn't get to jog this morning or yesterday even though i danced for hours and i'm sure that counts for something lol...

these journals are actually helpful however.. gives me a chance to calmly assess my week and my weigh in normally reflects it. i've been really going by how my body looks and feels.. and i'm feeling confident and attractive...

I only have to go down about half a pound a week now to hit my nov. 12 goal... so the pressure isn't really on. would be nice to get a little more..

Edit: i actually have 1.01 lb to lose for the next two weeks to hit my goal for Nov 12.. whoops :)!

It is good not to feel to much pressure because pressure will equal stress in the end. You are coming along great.

@ skinny.. yeah i totally agree.. i was allowing the stress of hitting a goal hinder my progress.. i would hit a goal, then instead of taking pressure off i would add to the goal to keep going.. instead of recalculating my goal so that i can move on to the next one..i'm just going to let this one ride, and once nov 12 hits, i'll just lower what i would like to lose for the week to hit the next goal. here's to a good weigh in!

I weigh every day,so I have less pressure, but I've gotten to the point where I say "Hey, if I'm up a little, don't sweat about it, because the overall plan is working." I just step on, step off, and get on with my life. Oh, alcohol is terrible on a diet. It really packs the calories...

@ runesinger.. i know!!! and i've been much better about drinking but it was my girls birthday and i was like $1 drinks..lol... i was gonna be so good!!!! its all good..lol.. that and other things this weekend reflected in my weigh in but for the most part i stayed about the same (1/2 a pound could be anything)so i guess even with the gallon of alcohol i had plus a couple late nights, i can't complain! :)
