Rough few days. Could be doing better. My mother-law-died yesterday. Been tough to stick to diet...managing to get at least 1 cup green tea per day. Been so busy, hard to exercise.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
