Not even scared to "weigh in" tomorrow. I am so proud of myself for sticking with it...Having a gym buddy has been my saving grace. I am almost fearful that I will fall off the wagon if I start to work again. Maybe I will get enough time "off" to build these habits and keep them. My big test is coming this weekend with it being my birthday. I am going to use one of my weight watcher strategies and plan what I am going to eat so that I hopefully will not blow it too bad.

Tomorrow-ZUMBA I am really excited to try this. It will be a true test if I go even though my buddy won't be there. Leah please be feeling better...I want Mommy to come be foolish with me!

Keep it up to all my "BUDDIES" you are all doing so great!

You are doing wonderful, Melissa! And if you do get this job you will still find time to go to classes. I won't be able to go with you, but we are both getting so used to going that it will be a new part of our routines. You did great at Zumba today :) We are sooo gonna rock cute little sundresses and cute shorts next summer!
