I have not been watching my food. I have however worked every week day morning on the treadmill. I also do the wii and some activity on my abworks, and weights every afternoon after work. That has kept me from being a complete blimp! I do need to get back on my fatsecret diet though. Thank you Dan for prompting me! Keep me in line.
