a very teeny loss but ill take it! i think the new calorie count programme im following might be just too low and my body storing. plan to eat a little bit more this week and step up a bit more on exercise and see how that works.cheers everyone have a great week
157.4 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's very interesting the concept of eat more, lose more... and some don't understand this, just thinking the less I eat, the more I should lose. So very wise to re-evaluate Dianet... I'm actually going to up my calories a little (Weight Watchers Points) and just test how that goes. You've done absolutely fabulous though, so keep up the great work. :)
