Did HORIBLE this week.

Awwww :[ Well, no worries. Whenever I have a rough day/week I just make sure to not give up. Thats an accomplishment right there! And whenever I think I did horrible, I try to think what I did that week [ie, what I ate, when I ate, how and when I exercised, Etc] So just check yourself and see where you can improve so you have a great week this week

Aw, none of us are perfect and I know along this journey there were so many times that I used to beat myself up because I hadn't managed "perfection"!! I've learnt though that one day, a few... even a week of many... it may result in "damage" on the scales, but nothing that can't be repaired and is only a "temporary" hic-cup. So onwards and downwards girl and as girlygirlatheart said, just keep looking at where you can improve. If you slip off the rails, just try and compensate the rest of the day or following day and get back with the healthy eating. Come on... you really can do this, have done great previously and should be very proud of your achievement so far!! ;o)
